Wiebke Weidner becomes Head of HR at Westbridge

Leading energy and sustainability consultant Westbridge Advisory (Westbridge), which focuses on the real estate industry, is strengthening its leadership team: Wiebke Weidner will join Westbridge's management team as Head of Human Resources (HR) on October 1, 2024. The 42-year-old is moving from R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG. Born in Hamburg, she worked there for the past two years as Head of Training & Development Sales and as an authorized signatory. In this position, she was responsible for the disciplinary management of around 120 employees.

In her new role at Westbridge, Weidner will be responsible for strategic HR planning, managing and developing the HR team as well as employee development and retention. She will also be responsible for managing the entire HR organization.

Before joining R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG, Weidner was Head of HR RegTech at BearingPoint Software Solutions GmbH (2018-2021). She can look back on other professional positions at Jones Lang LaSalle SE (2014-2018) and DB Mobility Logistics AG, among others. Weidner holds a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Mannheim and an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
