Westbridge joins real estate association ZIA together with subsidiary agradblue

Since July 2024, Westbridge Advisory (Westbridge), an energy and sustainability consultant specializing in the real estate industry, has been a new member of the Berlin-based industry association Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss e.V. (ZIA).
Westbridge and its wholly-owned subsidiary agradblue will delegate their respective executives to the respective ZIA expert committees. Westbridge CEO Yama Mahasher joins the "Corporate Real Estate" committee. agradblue Managing Director Patrick Lange will contribute his experience to the "Energy & Building Technology" committee, among others. agradblue founder Ralf F. Bode will also be involved in the ZIA. He will be a member of the "Corporate Social Responsibility" committee.

"It's now about more than just corporate success, it's also about industry responsibility - and we are now fulfilling this at the highest level with our ZIA involvement," says Yama Mahasher, CEO of Westbridge.
"Sharing expertise to achieve common goals is what association work is all about. Our industry has expressly committed to the climate protection targets. The comprehensive decarbonization of all properties must be our primary goal. We will stand up for this in Berlin," adds Patrick Lange, Managing Director of agradblue.

As an umbrella association, the ZIA has set itself the task of providing the real estate industry in all its diversity with a comprehensive and uniform representation of interests that reflects its importance for the economy. As a company based in Frankfurt am Main, Westbridge is part of the ZIA Central Region (Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland).
