Westbridge appoints Felix Waldeier as Head of People & Culture

Westbridge Advisory GmbH (Westbridge), one of the leading energy and sustainability consultants for the real estate industry in Europe, has appointed Felix Waldeier as Head of People & Culture as of May 18, 2026. In this newly sharpened role, he is responsible for the further development of HR work for the entire group of companies.

Felix Waldeier will bundle all HR functions and topics and thus drive forward key areas of activity such as scalable recruiting, management development and modern performance and remuneration models. One focus will be on harmonizing processes and strengthening collaboration across countries and units.

Felix Waldeier was most recently Head of People & Culture at Norton Rose Fulbright in Frankfurt am Main. There, he was responsible for HR work for Germany with around 300 employees at four locations and was part of the German management team and the European People & Culture leadership team. Prior to this, he worked at AvS Advisors for around ten years, advising international companies and investors on filling management positions and on organizational development issues. He began his career as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
