Rosanna Woods assumes pan-European responsibility for Commercial Sales at Westbridge

Westbridge Advisory GmbH (Westbridge), a leading energy and sustainability consultant, has appointed Rosanna Woods to an extended management role with effect from 1 June 2025. In addition to her role as Managing Director, she is now bringing her sales experience to a new leadership position as Head of Commercial Sales Europe, managing the entire Commercial Sales team at the European level and reporting directly to Chief Revenue Officer Rüdiger Salzmann. In this new role, she will focus her efforts on the strategically important German market as well as selected markets in other European countries.

For the past two years, Rosanna Woods has been leading the development and growth of Westbridge’s international sales organisation from the London office and has made a significant contribution to the company’s successful pan-European market penetration. With the expansion of her role, Westbridge strives to strengthen cross-border sales as a strategic growth pillar while establishing consistent standards in client management and business development across all markets. Her team has been growing significantly and currently consists of around 20 employees across multiple European locations, including Frankfurt, London, Zurich and Warsaw.
