New addition at Westbridge: Joy Otto Neugebauer becomes Director Legal and Compliance

Westbridge Advisory (Westbridge), a leading European energy and sustainability advisor to real estate clients, has appointed Joy Otto Neugebauer as Director Legal and Compliance. Neugebauer took over the newly created position on January 1, 2026. In this role, he is responsible for the establishment and strategic development of the Legal and Compliance division at Westbridge.

Neugebauer has extensive experience in legal consulting. Most recently, he worked in-house at LEONI, where he advised the company on the completion of a complex M&A and financing transaction. Prior to that, he advised private equity and corporate clients on M&A and financing transactions in a leading role at PwC Legal. During this time, he advised Westbridge on debt financings and the merger with Argentus in 2022.
With the creation of the Director Legal and Compliance position, Westbridge is responding to the increasing regulatory and legal demands in a growing pan-European market environment.
