Westbridge continues to expand its sales team: Effective November 1, 2023, Dennis Gothan joins Energy & Sustainability Advisor Westbridge in his new position as Director Sales. Gothan was most recently CEO at Coreo AG in Frankfurt am Main.
A native of Frankfurt, Germany, Gothan began his professional career in 2007 at NAI Apollo Group. From 2012 to 2018, Gothan then worked for the STRABAG Property and Facility Services group of companies as a senior real estate manager. For the two following years, he was responsible for and managed the existing real estate portfolio of the FBW Group. As Head of Transaction Management & Business Development, he helped set up the company I/REM Invest Real Estate Management GmbH, based in Dreieich, from 2020 to 2022. Subsequently, the real estate expert took over the position as CEO of Corea AG, a real estate investment manager based in Frankfurt am Main.
Dennis Gothan successfully graduated as a real estate manager from the renowned EBS University of Economics and Law.
