In August 2024, Bell Management published its so-called Bell ESG Report, which focuses on the real estate industry, for the second time since 2022. This provides an overview of the activities and trends on the market as well as the range and qualitative strength of ESG service providers.
In the competence ranking of sustainability specialists, Westbridge Advisory and its subsidiary agradblue took third and first place in the "Strategic Solution Partners" category. agradblue achieved 1,037 out of a possible 1,270 points, while Westbridge Advisory scored 950 points.
In the brand ranking of ESG service providers, Westbridge secured the top spot in the "Operational Services" category with 62 out of a possible 100 points.
