Who We Are

Westbridge was founded in Frankfurt in 2015. In early 2022, we partnered with the sustainability experts Argentus and agradblue —two leading specialists in the fields of ESG due diligence, carbon analytics, energy audits, and ESG consulting. This enables us to serve as a one-stop shop for our clients, providing them with everything from consulting to implementation. Since mid-2022, the ESG data management company Quantrefy has also been part of the Westbridge Group.

In Germany, we have offices in Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Berlin, and Munich. You can also find us in London, Warsaw, Madrid, and Zurich. Together, we now have approximately 300 employees.

Management Board

Yama Mahasher

Chief Executive Officer

Yama Mahasher, a graduate of business administration, has been CEO of Westbridge Group since September 2022. In addition to overall business responsibility, his specific responsibilities as one of the company’s six Managing Directors also include corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, internationalization, and business operations. Before taking over at Westbridge, Mr. Mahasher served as COO Germany and head of operations for Central Europe at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Jonas Coesfeld

Chief Financial Officer

With a degree in finance, Jonas Coesfeld is responsible for finance and accounting as well as legal and compliance at Westbridge. Before joining as Managing Director and CFO, he most recently served as senior portfolio director at GENUI, an investment boutique. Prior to that, he held various positions in Germany and abroad at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 2008 to 2019, including as senior manager and certified public auditor.

Simon Szpyrka

Founder Argentus GmbH

Simon Szpyrka, a co-founder of Argentus, has served as Managing Director and Chief Sales Officer of Westbridge since the merger of the two companies. With a degree in industrial engineering, he brings special expertise in energy and sustainability management, along with more than 14 years of proven experience in consulting and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability projects for real estate.

Rüdiger Salzmann

Founder & Managing Partner

Rüdiger Salzmann is one of the three original founders of Westbridge. Following his studies of business administration at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel, he completed graduate studies in real estate economics and in real estate. In 2005, Salzmann founded NyConTec Energy GmbH, which later became part of Kofler Energies Group.

Christopher Feliks

Founder & Managing Director

Christopher Feliks, also one of Westbridge’s original founders, likewise continues to serve as a Managing Director. Following as well as during his studies of business administration at the Hessian University of Cooperative Education in Frankfurt with a focus on financing and controlling, Mr. Feliks worked for companies including Kofler Energies AG.
