Who we are

Westbridge was founded in Frankfurt in 2015. At the beginning of 2022, we joined forces with sustainability experts Argentus and agradblue – two specialists in the fields of ESG due diligence, carbon analytics, energy audits and ESG consulting. This allows us to be a one-stop store for our clients, providing them with everything from consulting to implementation. Since mid-2022, we have also held a stake in the ESG data management company Quantrefy.

We are now represented in Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Hamburg with a total of around 170 employees. As a result of the merger, we are a team that could not be more colorful. We have everything from suits and sneakers to wool sweaters – and that's a good thing! Because what unites and strengthens us is our passion.

Ralf F. Bode

Founder agradblue & Managing Director

In 2011, Ralf F. Bode conceived the formation of agradblue and has been working continuously on the further development of the company ever since. He is also the managing director of atmosgrad GmbH. As a senior auditor of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), he is a member of the expert committee as well as the real estate advisory board of the DGNB. He advises on ESG topics and is active in the AHO commission on sustainability, innovation and climate protection.

Jonas Coesfeld

Managing Director

With a degree in finance, Jonas Coesfeld is responsible for all finance and accounting as well as legal & compliance at Westbridge. Most recently, Jonas Coesfeld was Senior Portfolio Director at the investment house GENUI. Prior to that, he held various positions in Germany and abroad at the auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 2008 to 2019, including senior manager, auditor and authorized signatory at the end of his career there.

Hajo Engelke

Managing Director Westbridge Advisory International AG

After completing his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, Hajo Engelke earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Investment Management at the University of North Carolina. He started his professional career at Deutsche Bank in Corporate Investment Banking. Further stations include various entrepreneurial activities in the USA, Germany and Switzerland. Since 2019, he is responsible for Westbridge Advisory International AG.

Christopher Feliks

Founder & Managing Director

Christopher Feliks is one of the founders and current managing director of Westbridge. After and during his studies of business administration (B. A.) at the Hessian University of Cooperative Education in Frankfurt with a focus on financing and controlling, Feliks worked for Kofler Energies AG, among others. At Westbridge, he is responsible for new customer acquisition, existing customer management and sales within the housing industry.

Markus Hamacher

Managing Director Westbridge Energy GmbH

Markus Hamacher has been part of the Westbridge Group since the beginning of 2018. The graduate in business administration has always been responsible for the topics of business development. Among others, the products photovoltaics, e-mobility and power purchase agreements fall under his area in Westbridge Energy GmbH.

Patrick Kämpfner

Founder & Managing Director

Patrick Kämpfner is one of the three founders and current managing director of Westbridge. He studied business administration at the DHBW Mannheim (B. A. and Diplom). Subsequently, Kämpfner successfully completed two further courses of study (Real Estate Economist and M. A. Real Estate) at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel. He is responsible for the Energy and Metering Services divisions.

Yama Mahasher

Managing Director

Yama Mahasher is Managing Director at Westbridge. The business graduate previously held the position of COO Germany & Head of Operations Central Europe at Jones Lang LaSalle. At Westbridge, he is responsible for corporate development, internationalization and business operations, including HR, IT and Communications & Marketing.

Rüdiger Salzmann

Founder & Managing Partner

Rüdiger Salzmann is one of the three founders of Westbridge. After studying business administration (B. A.) at the European Business School (EBS) in Oestrich-Winkel, he successfully completed two further courses of study, the Real Estate Economist and the Master of Arts in Real Estate. In 2005, Salzmann founded NyConTec Energy GmbH, which later became part of the Kofler Energies Group. At Westbridge, he is now responsible for business development, strategy and innovation.

Simon Szpyrka

Managing Director & Founder of Argentus GmbH

Simon Szpyrka is a co-founder of Argentus and has been part of the managing director team since the merger with Westbridge. With a degree in industrial engineering, his core competencies are energy and sustainability management, and he brings more than 14 years of experience in consulting and implementing energy efficiency and sustainability projects in the real estate environment. At Westbridge, he is responsible for the entire consulting business and product development.
